Purchasing Online

If you want to order a Malkin Clock direct from our online shop, please choose the options you want from the list below - instructions for using the shopping cart are given on the left. Our online ordering system uses the industry-standard SSL protocol, so that your credit card number and personal information are encrypted for security.

Once we have accepted your order, delivery takes up to 28 days to customers in the UK. Overseas deliveries may take longer, but orders can occasionally be completed more quickly.

Options  (see Designs page for details) The basic School/Railway Clock is priced for a Pine surround. If you want an Oak or Mahogany surround, please choose the appropriate option below.

Custom Inscriptions The normal inscription on a Malkin clock is the traditional maker's name, and town of origin. However, we can inscribe the clock face with any wording of your choice, and many customers choose personalised inscriptions for gifts, for example for a wedding or anniversiary, or perhaps an office boardroom. Custom inscriptions normally cost around £30, but because they are hand-painted, the exact price depends on the design. Please contact us by telephone or email (see top of page) if you would like to know more about this service, or find out how much a particular inscription would cost..

Currency

All prices quoted and charged are in British Pounds. We also provide pricing information in Euros and in US dollars, for guidance only. Changes in exchange rates may mean that the Dollar and Euro prices may vary slightly, though we update the exchange rates shown in these pages every few weeks.

Shipping

You are welcome to collect your clock in person from the Creative Technology offices. Please contact them on the numbers given at the top of the page to make an appointment.

If you want your clock shipped to you, our standard charges for a single shipment are shown below. The charge is the same for any number or type of clock. Please note that the Euro and Dollar prices are approximations, given for guidance only - we charge the actual amount in pounds.

We can usually supply your clock within 28 days of receiving your order, but will confirm your shipping schedule with you by email.

Taxes

If you use our online ordering system, and you are located in a European Community country, you will automatically be charged VAT at 17.5%. If you are an EC-based customer and you wish to purchase VAT-free (by giving us your own VAT registration number), please contact us by email.

Shops, Resellers and Trade Importers

If you are a reseller, you can buy direct from the factory, wherever you are located - we can ship our clocks to many different countries. Please email trade@malkinclocks.co.uk with information about you and your company, and we will contact you with details of trade pricing.
